Registration is open to any child of any race, creed, or color. Children transferring from another school, or just beginning, must present the following:

In order to accommodate all our present students, we register the returning children for the 2024 – 2025 school year first. Students shall be admitted on a space available, first come first serve basis.

Parent Commitment

The following statement explains the commitment you are making when you choose to enroll your child(ren) in Imagination School, LLC.

Registration implies your acceptance of responsibility to pay in full your cost of education and other required fees according to the terms of this contract. Each family agrees to pay all tuition and fees and to participate in fundraising, for the benefit of each family and Imagination School, LLC.

Required Fund Raising

Parents must participate in school fundraising activities. These fundraisers directly support school needs, promote school spirit and community, and directly reduce tuition costs.

Required specific participation as follows:

Fall Fund Raiser – Current or another
- Each family sells a minimum of $150 of product or given amount of product.
- Or pay the $75.00 buy-out.
Spring Fund Raiser – Dutch Mill Bulbs or another
- Each family sells a minimum of $150 of product or a given amount of product.
- Or pay the $75.00 buy-out.

The registration fee is $250 per child payable to Imagination School, LLC, in full at the time of registration. Placement of a child on the class list is not assured until this fee is paid. This fee is non-refundable. This amount is the same no matter when a student starts the school year.

1. Agreement: This signed agreement constitutes a contract that the student will attend Imagination School, LLC. In accepting this agreement, the undersigned accepts the responsibility for tuition for the school year 2024-2025, September 5th – June 3RD (roughly). We follow the basic Bethel School District calendar.*
2. Closures: The undersigned agrees that there are no reductions to tuition for days Imagination School is closed for holidays, training, weather, pandemic, or for when my child is absent for any reason.*
3. Withdrawal: The undersigned agrees to submit a 30-day notice, in writing, of intent to withdraw. No tuition is refunded for withdrawal during the school year for any reason.*
4. Late Payments: Any account past the 5th of the month will be deemed late and are subject to a $45.00 late fee, unless prior arrangements have been made with administration. An account that is 30 days past due is subject to asking the family to leave our community.*
5. Cancellations: Imagination School, LLC, reserves the right to cancel this contract if (1) the student’s behavior or lack of cooperation is deemed unacceptable, such as in the case of endangering other students or (2) if tuition payments are 30 days overdue. If the school exercises its rights under this section to terminate this contract, appropriate tuition rebates will be determined on a case by case basis. In case of failure to pay, the parent or guardian who is responsible for payment agrees to pay, to the full extent permitted by law, the schools expenses of enforcement and collections including attorney fees and costs.*
6. Observation Period: Imagination School, LLC, reserves the right to terminate this contract if after the 30-day probationary period of observation, which applies to all new students to determine if they will adjust to their new environment. Permanent student status begins at the end of the probationary 30 days.*
7. Changes/Adaptations: The State Board of Education, OSPI, or the Governor may require changes or adaptation with no notice. The undersigned is aware the current pandemic situation may require immediate changes to policy without any notice.*
